Inside, catch up on your favorite series, or let your guests relax and treat them to delicious meals or snacks prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features all the basic and essential appliances to make cooking a breeze. There is a small laundry nook with a washer/dryer adjoining the kitchen.The sunroom off the living area boasts a colorful and comfortable seating area and a dining table. This is another place to lounge indoors, read a good book, share fun stories, or simply enjoy your meals.THINGS TO KNOWThis home does not provide cable.Lewis Pond has an outlet to the ocean, so the current can get strong. You also cannot use the association dock during low tide as the water does not reach, so check the tide schedule. Overnight docking is prohibited.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
