Radiating warm welcomes, as soon as you walk inside your retreat you will be met by a serene color palette, quality furnishings, and ample natural lighting. The spacious living room comes adorned with soft, leather seating, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. The adjacent full kitchen is any chef's dream with its suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and large breakfast bar. When culinary creations are ready to be served, dish up and eat at the formal dining table, or alfresco on one of the sun-soaked patios.The converted garage is the perfect space to gather for hours of entertainment as it comes equipped with six reclining theater chairs, an arcade gaming system, and a Ping-Pong table.With four, soft, nautical-themed bedrooms to choose from, each of your loved ones is sure to feel content and comfortable with their sleeping quarters. Off the primary en suite bedroom enjoy a spa-like marble bathroom with dual sinks. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning, high-speed internet, and a private washer/dryer.Outside, fire up the gas grill and host a sweet summer barbecue in the lush yard. To wrap up the stellar amenities, appreciate having access to beach chairs, a beach buggy, and corn hole.
