The Haven · Modern Cape Home 5 Min to Beach Bright and luxurious, centrally-located home in West Yarmouth featuring a brand new cedar outdoor shower for 2023. Just minutes to Seagull Beach, Cape Cod Inflatable Park, Pirate's Cove Mini Golf, Hyannis' Main Street, Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard ferry docks, and many amazing restaurants, the location cannot be beat. Relax after a full day on our cozy screened in porch or in our quiet and private backyard. There's so much to love about this charming cape home!Our home includes 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bath, large open dining room/living room space, and full kitchen. In the living room you'll find a large L-shaped sectional sofa which plenty of seating, 50" Roku Smart TV and sound bar. The dining room offers seating for 6 adults. We also provide books and games for your enjoyment.The primary bedroom offers a queen bed with hybrid mattress, full desk workspace, and 32" Roku Smart TV. The second bedroom, our "bunk room," offers 2 low twin bunk beds, a full bed with memory foam mattress, and a 32" Roku Smart TV. Each bedroom is complete with large closets and luggage racks for storage. Our large deck offers dining seating for 6 and a large umbrella for sunny days. The patio is directly off the deck with additional lounge seating and room to pull out the grill. We especially love the privacy that the tree coverage in our backyard provides. Our outdoor space is complete with a brand new outdoor shower making it easy to hose down after a long day at the beach. Guests will have access to all areas of the home. We just ask that the unfinished basement be utilized for laundry use only.We install window AC units in the bedrooms seasonally. We also provide a tower fan with an air cooler water tank for the living/dining rooms. Beach towels will be left for you during the warmer months. Our garage houses a plethora of beach supplies including beach chairs for both children and adults, beach buggy, cooler, umbrella, beach toys, and outdoor games. Here you'll also find a grill to pull out on the driveway or back patio (away from the outdoor shower). Please note the backyard is not grassy, but more of a sandy soil. The side yard provides a large area great for playing outdoor games. We have one surveillance camera on the exterior front of the home for our guests' protection.
