The property is a year round destination. During the summer enjoy the outdoor pool and sports facilities, and BBQ grills. During the winter, you can enjoy the indoor pool and indoor recreational activities such as basketball, tennis, and racquetball. The location is perfect. Centrally located to beaches, golf, and shopping. Stroll through the antique shops in the quaint villages of Cape Cod, walk among the dunes and sample some of the finest "Chowdah" Cape Cod has to offer. Whale watching, day trips to the famous islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, fishing, bike riding, sailing and quiet moments await you here on Cape Cod. *Please note, this rental does not have a full kitchen. There is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), and sink. *SATURDAY CHANGEOVER: The property has a Saturday change over day. If your reservation spans through a Saturday (example: Friday through Sunday), you will be required to switch to an identical 1BR condo (within the property) on Saturday. Please note, we do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. RRI will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption utilities, resort amenities, or any other service. Due to COVID, some property amenities may not be available, or maybe on a limited basis.- Parking included for 2 vehicles- Security Deposit: A credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit of $50.- All units are inspected by Engineering and Housekeeping after cleaning. Units are not available for occupancy until 4:00pm. Your unit may be subject to inspection at check-out, so please allow ample time. Prior to departure, please strip linens from bed, remove trash and wash any dishes. You must return all key cards issued to you by the front desk before the check-out process may be finalized. Late departures are subject to a partial or full-day charge.- Minimum Stay Requirement: 2 nights (Longer stays may be required during holidays and peak season).- Saturday change over. If your dates span thru a Saturday (ex: Friday to Sunday), you may be asked to move to an identical condo on Saturday. If you are required to switch units, you'll need to check out at 10am and check into another (100% identical) 1BR apartment at 4pm.Spacious unit with a kitchenette, living room with sleeper sofa, dining table and full guest bathroom.
