When you head to the beach, beach chairs and towels, and an outdoor shower are on hand to make it all the more fun.The property's incredible energy begins in its beautiful outdoor spaces. As your kids play in the yard, you can operate the gas grill from a cushioned seat on the patio and set the table for an alfresco meal on the large deck. The screened porch provides another space for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine overlooking the yard.Inside, the house is full of its original character yet decidedly up to date. It offers wide-plank floors, lovely windows and dormers, and a ductless air-conditioning system that efficiently cools the whole space. Enjoy an open living area where you can stream movies on the Roku TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a farm-style dining table where you can set up one of the many board games each night. The house has family-friendly features, including a washer/dryer, a Pack 'n Play, and a high chair. THINGS TO KNOWParking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
