The home offers a classic New England coastal style and preferred comforts for a rental. There are five bedrooms and five full baths as well as central air. There are 2 bedrooms on the first level and 2 full baths, living room, new kitchen with dining as well as doors that lead to patio with seating, a fire pit, large yard, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Or settle into a chair and relax on the 98 linear feet of wrap around Trex deck. The second level has 3 additional bedrooms, each with their own bathroom as well as a TV with sitting area. Lower level has a game room with pool table, table tennis and air hockey.
