Take a walk in downtown Falmouth (three and a half miles) for quaint shops, classic East Coast charm, and some souvenirs to bring home. After a sunny day on Black Beach (two miles), head to town for some delicious lobster rolls.The main level boasts two entertaining living room areas - one with a smart TV with streaming and YouTube services and another one with inviting sofas and a foosball table. Discover a spacious and well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals and treats for the crew. The kitchen also boasts a coffee corner/dry bar with a Keurig coffee maker, a wine fridge, and many utensils. Spend memorable evenings dining alfresco and hosting summertime barbecues on the home's private deck. The upper level houses four spacious bedrooms, with a main room having its own seating area, a smart TV, and a luxe en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a pool table in the unfinished basement, a high chair, a Pack N' Play, four beach chairs, a washer/dryer, two adult bikes, four children's bikes, two boogie boards, and life jackets.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.There is a separate studio at the home that is available for rental.The driveway is shared.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
