Interior highlights include two home offices, two living areas, two gas-burning stoves, and four TVs. This rental offers an ideal location, approximately 10 minutes from Sandy Neck Beach. To visit popular attractions and local eateries, drive five minutes to West Barnstable and under 15 minutes to Cape Cod Mall. Golfers will appreciate having multiple golf courses within close proximity. To discover more beauty of the region, make a trip to Jenkin’s Wildlife Sanctuary, Murkwood Conservation Area, or The Deck at Walker Point.Unwind in two welcoming living areas; both outfitted with a TV and large sectional; one also has a gas-burning stove. Two home offices make it convenient to check emails or plan daily activities. A full suite of stainless steel appliances gleams in the pristine kitchen, also appointed with ample cookware and helpful gadgets. Gather for meals at the dining table while enjoying the warm ambience of a gas-burning stove. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
