Off season rate of $209/nite for Oct-May This three-bedroom ranch house sits above a beautiful pond, called Lily pond. At the end of the lawn one can sit on a small beach to swim, fish, or canoe. Views of this pond are seen from the living room, the kitchen, and two bedrooms. The 0.6-acre lot contains a children's play area in the back yard. Swings, a slide, and a sand box, porch, and patio are available. The house is handicapped accessible. The basement contains a finished family room and an office. One can walk to a golf course from my driveway or drive three blocks to a second golf course. The ocean beaches are 3 miles from our home. Route 28 with family fun, restaurants, and beaches nearby. Wireless internet available in house.
