In this unique time we strive to make getaways as comfortable and relaxing for all guests.This two bedroom classic Cape Cod home boasts central AC, a four season cathedral ceiling sunroom, large Trek deck with enclosed hot water shower and private, tree shaded, landscaped yard. Sleeps six comfortably with a king bedroom, 2nd bedroom with Twin-over-full bunk, one twin bed, and queen sleep sofa in the living room. King bedroom can easily accommodate a travel crib or air mattress. (Pack n Play & Booster Tray Seat available)This family getaway is conveniently located mid-Cape between the bay side and ocean beaches. The New Dennis Extension of the CC Rail Trail and Kelly Recreation Park (tennis, basketball, playground, ball fields, walking /fitness trails) are right around the corner. Kelly Bay, 300 yards from the house, is perfect for small children, bird watching, fishing, kayaking and amazing Cape Cod sunsets. Shops, restaurants, and attractions are all close by. Amenities include: Central Air-Conditioning, High Speed Wi-fi, Fully Equipped Kitchen, with all new appliances (2018); Hardwood Floors throughout, Washer/Dryer, clothes line; Fire pit, outdoor seating , Beach Equipment ; Chairs, Umbrella, cooler & toys; Children's library and 2 seater red wagon; booster chair with tray, and pack n play.
