This home offers an eat in kitchen, formal living room with gas fireplace as well as a large finished room in the basement for ample indoor entertaining space. Outside you will enjoy the beautiful landscaping, fenced back yard for additional privacy which enjoying your own "beach" complete with sand and fire pit. (Sorry no water access). rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun filled day at one of the many Town owned beaches that are just a short drive way. Washer and Dryer are located in the basement, Central Air Conditioning for those was summer days, patio, grill and WIFI help make this your perfect summer escape! .Living space approximately 1152 square foot.This rental offers Saturday to Saturday change overs. Please note, once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected.
