Modern structure, all newly furnished.Due to recent changes in Massachusetts tax law, there is now a total of 14.45% state and local taxes to be applied to the rental fee. This is not yet set up on Homeaway for collection, so until that is done, the tax would be collected separately at the time of check-in. Again, note that this is 14.45% on top of the fee and expenses indicated.
