Due to COVID, some property amenities may not be available, or maybe on a limited basis.Our home-away-from-home cottage has been completely renovated with updated flooring, appliances, counters, and fixtures throughout the unit. This two bedroom deluxe cottage has a large lawn area, a private front porch, and a gas grill for some seasonal cooking. The cottage is comfortably furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and large island with bar seating that can accommodate a friendly meal together. The spacious living room and dining area offers plenty of seating for all guests, along with a TV and faux fireplace. This property features two bedrooms and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The primary bedroom features a comfortable double size bed, while the guest bedroom has a double sized bed. The living room contains a sofa bed. This condo also features central air conditioning, wood flooring, cable TV and High Speed Wi-Fi internet. This condo does not allow smoking or pets.Our unique location in a quiet residential Osterville neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Locally loved Joshua Pond is easily within walking distance. Main Street in Osterville, has a wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, and is less than a mile away. Within driving distance are activities for all ages and interests. From whale-watching to mini-golf, and from zip-lining to antiquing.
