Stepping off of the driveway and up the stone steps, enter into this stunning one story home. Your jaw will drop as you enter into the open concept living room, kitchen and dining room, all elegantly styled and beautifully decorated. The unique coffee table is the centerpiece of the living room, with a breakfast bar directly adjacent, leading into the kitchen. A stationary drink cart can be found across from the dining table, complete with plenty of seating. Past the dining table, step down into the four-season sunroom, with sprawling sectional and massive wall-mounted TV, an awesome spot for movie watching or catching the big game. Off of the living room, the home’s primary suite is located, with a queen size bed and en suite full bathroom. On the other side of the home, the second bedroom is located, with a queen bed and gorgeous artwork adorning the walls, as well as the home’s second bathroom. The fun doesn’t end in the main house. A detached guest cottage, complete with its own kitchenette, queen bed and full bathroom, is available out back. This spot is wonderful for the in-laws to stay or the kiddos to hang out; it even has its own private deck to chill out under the stars. The expansive backyard makes you feel like you’re the only one on the Cape. The back patio, complete with outdoor lounging options, a fire pit and dining table, is a great spot to fuel up for the rest of your adventuring.
