Four upstairs bedrooms, 3 with twin beds and 1 with kingsize. Kitchen updated in 2015 w/ new cabinetry, flooring, counters. Added central A/C for 4 bedrooms in 2018. Outdoor firepit. Plenty of parking at rear of house. Basketball hoop. Separate garage with many bicycles. Beach pass provided. One week minimum stay please.
