Osterville Oasis - Comfortable Home with Peaceful Garden Three bedroom home nestled in a desirable and quiet neighborhood less than a mile from the village center and close to Dowses Beach. This lovely home has all the creature comforts and modern amenities to make for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a central island with stools, in addition to the dining table for more formal sit-down dinners. Open to the kitchen is the living room where a comfortable sofa and several chairs make for a great place to chat or watch a movie. The first floor half bath also contains a stackable washer/dryer, for making chores easy! First floor primary bedroom with Queen bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom. The second floor contains two more bedrooms: one with a Queen bed, the other with two double beds. In between the bedrooms is another full bath with a tub/shower combination.Aside from the eclectic and worldly decor, what really makes this property special is the backyard. A patio sits just beyond the back sliders, creating a sanctuary underneath a wooden pergola. The spa-like outdoor shower welcomes guests to rinse off after a day spent on the sand. The owner is an avid gardener, and guests of this home will enjoy the lush gardens and flowers around the property. The home comes with a beach pass for access to local favorite, Dowses Beach.
