Truro Vineyards is less than a mile away. The house is an easy walk to Salty's Market, Chequessett Chocolate, Terra Luna or Captains Choice Restaurant. Highland Links golf course is only 1.5 miles away. On the first floor you will find:• Oversized family room with gas fireplace, 65 inch smart TV, cable, wireless and substantial book and DVD library. • The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with every amenity. • A large bedroom with a king size bed, skylight, fireplace and a slider to private deck, • Full bathroom with skylight and Jacuzzi tub, • Dining area with a table that comfortably seats 10, • Multiple sliders to a wraparound deck where you can sit back, relax and breathe in the salt air. • Bedroom with a new queen bed, slider to the private deck and an ensuite bathroom. • Mudroom with a full size washer and dryer On the second floor you will find:• Bedroom with 2 full size beds, • Bedroom with a queen bed, and a private spacious deck with long range views overlooking the beautiful conservation land with a small view of the water. This is a great spot to take in the spectacular sunsets.• Full bathroomOutside:• There is an enclosed, private, large outdoor shower and ample dressing area to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. • There are plenty of outdoor chairs/seating areas available on the deck as well as a bocce court with chairs to sit sip, and enjoy the games! There is also a large, new picnic table to enjoy your lobster cookout without having to worry about making a mess!*There is a Weber gas grill.*There is an outdoor gas firepit with plenty of seating.Basement• The basement has a ping pong table, and a table to play games, relax with puzzles, or to look at your newly found shell collection. There is also a comfortable leather sofa and sitting area with a large tv to play video games or watch DVD's. Playstation 3 is attached and ready to go! (please note this tv is not connected to cable tv).• The basement also has a slider to the back yard to easily store bicycles, if it rains.House Rules:PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, EACH RENTAL MUST BE FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK, AND ONLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS ARE ACCEPTED.Pillows, linens and towels are provided.Children are certainly welcome, but this house is not suitable for very young children because of the open stairway.No Smoking.No parties or events.
