Bamboo flooring and granite counter tops. A slider leads to a deck with outdoor furniture and a Weber electric grill. The separate bedroom with queen bed is at the front of the unit. The full bathroom with tub/shower and combination washer/dryer (intended for small/light loads) is off the living area.Both the main living area and bedroom have a ceiling fan and a ductless split unit air conditioner for heat and cooling. Open the slider and enjoy bay breezes.Delight in the beautiful, peaceful views of Cape Cod Bay from the main living area and the deck. Relax on the deck with your morning coffee, a good book or an evening cocktail while you grill up dinner. Step down from the deck into the shared common area featuring a patio, sand and wooden walkways. Stairs allow direct access to the beach below where you can watch the tide ebb and flow.Designated parking space for one car. One additional car allowed in overflow parking if available.Unit is conveniently located on the shuttle route into Provincetown. No need to drive into town and find a parking space.
