Stunning water views from every window! It has a fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. This home has hardwood floors and tile. It features a renovated (2018), handicap accessible first floor bathroom complete with roll in shower. First floor bedroom has an adjustable queen size bed and attaches to the newly renovated bathroom. First floor living area has a queen sleep sofa. It also features a large second floor bedroom and newly updated bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second floor bedroom features a queen size bed. All furniture and mattresses are brand new for the 2018 season. There is a quaint dining area. The main living area is open with sliders that walk out onto a private, large, accessible deck. Your backyard is the sand and the ocean! The beach and the surf are right there. Not somewhere off in the distance. The back deck is outfitted with a gas grill, comfortable seating to enjoy the view in a relaxed setting. The condo also comes with 2 kayaks, a floating beach wheelchair that goes from the hard surface, over the sand and floats right into the water, there is an out door storage container outfitted with various beach toys. Enjoy daytime beach activities and moonlight walks! SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTALS DURING 7 DAY STAY PERIODS! AVOID THE SATURDAY TRAFFIC.This unit was renovated for the 2018 beach season to transform it into a fabulous, ACCESSIBLE beachfront rental. The accessibility simply means that you have extra space in the bathroom and floor plan in general. This home was created based on the universal design principles to create an aesthetically pleasing space with a few small tweaks to allow accessibility to occur for any family whom travels with loved ones with disabilities. Welcome to our home!SMILE Mass New COVID Procedures- Do not come to the SMILE Mass Truro house if anyone in your party has been sick or traveled out of the country in the past 2 weeks.- Take your temperature upon arrival and do not enter the SMILE Mass Truro house if anyone has a temperature above 99 degrees F.- All renters are required to wear a face mask when in any common areas.- Our beach is private, but we are still required to maintain 12 feet distance between groups on the beach. That allows 6 feet on either side when somebody needs to walk by the groups.- Groups on the beach can be a MAXIMUM of 10 people.- SMILE Mass has provided hand sanitizers at all the sinks.- All bedding, linens and towels from the prior tenant has been completely removed and taken off the premises for proper cleaning.- The entire unit will be cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning company between all guests.- These rules apply to any guests or visitors you may have during your stay.
