We also offer lawn games (corn-hole / giant jenga) and a full assortment of puzzles and family games.You have two beach options available to you...The semi-public popponesset spit, a barrier beach, is accessible by Kayak, Bike or Foot (approx 1.5 land miles or .5 nautical miles away). South Cape beach is a public state beach with parking (for a fee) approx. 2.7 miles away.What else do you need? Almost nothing...Beach, Bath and Bed linens are included as well as two laundry areas (1 up, 1 down) and additional full size fridge on the lower level. Paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper), laundry and cleaning detergents and soaps are also provided in your rental fee.Popponesset Island is the most exclusive neighborhood in New Seabury.
