This home sits just south of Falmouth Road between the towns of Mashpee and Cotuit, only a few miles from lovely beaches, the Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge, and a number of excellent golf courses. As you return home each afternoon, you'll be greeted by an outdoor shower, a deck overlooking the backyard, and a gas grill and a well-equipped kitchen to assist with summer barbecues. There's even a firepit for s'mores after dinner.Back inside, take your pick of spots to relax. Choose a Netflix favorite to watch on the sectional sofa in the living room, set up a board game at the large dining room table, or retreat to the game room for a night of Ping-Pong and air hockey. When it's time to turn in, you'll find one bedroom on the main floor and four more (including a primary suite with a private bathroom and its own spiral staircase leading down to the living room) upstairs.THINGS TO KNOWThere's an outdoor shower on the property.Please note the spiral staircase that leads from the living room up to the primary suite.Parking notes: No parking available.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
