This unit is perfectly situated for your family or friends with 2 spacious bedrooms & an additional sleeping area in the finished basement. The unit is equipped with an open kitchen & dining room. Enjoy the open living room that leads to the finished basement as well as stairs up to the kitchen & dining room. In the finished basement is a pull-out couch & TV for an additional living/sleeping area & a laundry area. Off of the Kitchen is an elevated patio that opens up to the courtyard. The Master Bedroom is air conditioned & features a queen bed, TV, ensuite bathroom & balcony facing the beautiful courtyard. The 2nd floor has a full-size bathroom & 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is air conditioned & has a double bed & twin bed. Enjoy the quiet rooftop balcony with distant views of Nantucket Sound.Pool Hours are seasonal. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day. State and local taxes apply. SATURDAY to SATURDAY RENTAL. $175 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. $500 Refundable Security Deposit. Linens & towels included. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED, however owners may have pets, if you or someone in your party has allergies, please contact us prior to booking. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
