Captain Gosnold Village is ideally located within a short walk from three of the Cape's best beaches and nestled between picturesque Hyannis Port and the vibrant atmosphere of Hyannis Harbor. These classic Cape Cod cottages are situated on four lush acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. We are family-oriented and offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to 21st century guests. Our home-away-from-home accommodations include this charming 1-Bedroom cottage with lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen is nicely updated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a TV. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage features air conditioning, hardwood floors, and a 40" TV and DVD player. This cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. A maximum occupancy is 4 guests, with a Max of 2 Adults.Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Within easy walking or bicycling distance are Hyannis Port and the bustling harbor, with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters. Main Street, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night life, is a mile away. No Pets.Check-in 4pm.$300 refundable security deposit required at check-in.Grills Available Seasonally (Mid April to October 16)Maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 2 adults and 2 children.POOL Information-RRI Does not Manage the pool, therefore we are not responsible its availability, hours, and closures.-The anticipated open date for the pool is the first weekend in July (subject to change and availability).-Hours and availability vary (typically 11am to 6pm), depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing. Stop by the pool and see the staff to verify availability.-Pool closes for the season on Labor Day.-Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided.
