This unit offers many luxuries plus the comforts of home. This unit was completely renovated in 2018 . Enjoy Lewis Bay Views from the first, second and third floor of this immaculate four bedroom, three and a half bathroom condo. Enter into the units open and spacious kitchen that is tastefully decorated. This fully equipped kitchen has everything that you will need for the comforts of home cooked meals. The kitchen and dining room flows into the living room with a large flat screen SMART TV, double sided gas fireplace and ample seating. You may also enjoy your time outside on the first floor patio, that is only steps from the beach or pool. The second floor features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first master bedroom is air conditioned and features a queen bed, mounted flat screen TV and a full en-suite bathroom. Just outside of the bedroom is the full size stacked Bosch washer and dryer. Also on the second floor is another full bathroom with a tub, and two more air conditioned bedrooms. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a pull out trundle bed (totaling three twin beds) and a third bedroom has a queen bed. On the third floor is the second master suite. This fourth bedroom is air conditioned, has a king size bed, mounted flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. Enjoy Ocean and Courtyard views from the large dining set on the rooftop deck or take a break from the sun in the comfortable, updated and clean interior of this unit.Pool Hours are seasonal. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day.There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis (Restaurants & Shops), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.State and local taxes of 14.45% apply. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
