We are family-oriented and do our best to meet the needs of the youngest to the oldest. We offer the relaxation and informality of "Old Cape Cod" to twenty-first century guests.This Quintessential Cape Cod cottage has been renovated in 2023. This charming Cape property is perfectly located within walking distance to three of Cape Cod's beautiful beaches and the vibrant Main Street Hyannis. Captain Gosnold Village is ideally nestled between picturesque Hyannis Port and the vibrant atmosphere of Hyannis Harbor with its island ferries, sightseeing and fishing charters. These classic Cape Cod cottages are situated on four lush acres of beautifully landscaped and secluded grounds. Large trees, Cape rose bushes and flowering plants grace the grounds. The property is family-oriented and offers the perfect relaxation of "Old Cape Cod". Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and night-life. This 3-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom cottage has lawn space, air-conditioning, a large private deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Two bedrooms have 2 double beds each and a TV. The third bedroom has a king-size bed with a twin size trundle bed. The fully-equipped kitchen features a gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The comfortable living room and dining area offers plenty of seating. The cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets. There is a washer and dryer in the cottage. There will be a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig (k-cups will not be provided). The maximum occupancy is 8 guests with a maximum of 6 adults. POOL Information-RRI Does not Manage the pool, therefore we are not responsible its availability, hours, and closures.-The anticipated open date for the pool is the first weekend in July (subject to change and availability).-Hours and availability vary (typically 11am to 6pm), depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing. Stop by the pool and see the staff to verify availability.-Pool closes for the season on Labor Day.-Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided.Minimum Check-in Age: 25 years oldSmoke free property.No Pets. Check-in 4pm.$300 refundable security deposit required at check-in.Maximum occupancy is 8 persons, 6 adults and 2 children.
