Enjoy the beautiful, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances & quartz countertops. The comfortable living room delivers cool leather couches & a flatscreen TV, opening up to the beachfront balcony, with a natural gas grill & fantastic ocean views. The primary bedroom is on the 2nd floor & it features a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom & balcony facing the beach. Travel up a small flight of steps to another full bathroom, washer & dryer & 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, & two single beds. On the 3rd floor is a large loft area, with additional sleeping quarters (2 futons), a large ocean facing balcony, & a 3rd bedroom with a king bed, & another ensuite bathroom. This gorgeous oceanfront unit is just perfect for your family or friends to enjoy an amazing Cape Cod vacation.Pool Hours are seasonal. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day. There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis ( Restaurants & Shops ), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.State and local taxes of 14.45% apply. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
