You have water views from some rooms in the house and pleasant sea breezes throughout. The house has been masterfully renovated and furnished and is adorned with local art and unique décor.The recently updated kitchen is fully equipped and features brand new appliances. There is a full bath and a “sand room” as you enter the home through the side door. The main living area features a spacious and cozy sectional. There is also a 3-season or screened porch room just off the living room. The main level also has two dining areas: one with a circular table off the kitchen and a rectangular table in the living area.Upstairs you'll find the primary suite with a King bed and beautiful water views. The primary bedroom has a modern private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen bed and one with two twins. There is also an additional full bath upstairs. The outdoor patio area is being transformed and will feature a custom outdoor kitchen and ample seating and lounge space. The Sandbox has truly exceptional indoor and outdoor living space. If you do decide to wander off, you can head to the beach in 15 seconds or head into Harwich Port village in under 10 minutes. Please be aware there is parking for two cars only at the property.Please enter your travel dates for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Damage Protection fee totaling $195.
