Views of Salt Pond Bay from both decks (upper and lower level) and from all bedrooms. Kitchen has all the necessities and propane grill available on deck. Large deck with two levels with plenty of seating and outdoor shower. First level of deck has a ceiling fan.Additional entertaining area in screened in garage. Garage area has a washer and dryer, refrigerator, two ceiling fans and two futons. Washer and dryer also available in basement.Sheets and towels included in rental fee. 4 bikes & helmets and cornhole available for outside activities.Upstairs: 1 king bed bedroom, 1 queen bedroom - both rooms have box fans and table fansDownstairs: 1 queen bedroom, Bedroom with 3 twin beds - both rooms have ceiling fans and box fansThe house does not have A/C.
