Whether you arrive via car or boat, you’ll enter this incredible +3,700 square foot palace through the home’s front door. Stepping in, your eyes will first alight on the wall of sliding glass doors at the rear of the home. Extending through the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, these doors will flood the area with light and the salty breeze. Another focal point of this home is the incredible dine-in kitchen. The stunning center island has not one, but two dishwashers bookending the farmhouse sink, while the endless counter space is backed by an immaculate white and blue backsplash. Strolling upstairs, you're greeted by the white brick fireplace and second living room, a sprawling space with numerous seating options, floor to ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony overlooking the backyard and water. To the left of the Juliet balcony, up a small step sits the homes primary bedroom. With a window practically taking up the entire rear wall, an elegant en suite bathroom with stand-alone tub and gorgeous glass shower, this room welcomes you in for the perfect night’s rest after a long day boating around the Cape. On the opposite side of the second floor living room, more amazing features await. A cocktail station is at the front of the home, where you can create delicious drinks before bringing them out to the deck overlooking the front yard. Back inside, the home’s second bedroom can be found at the front of the home, with rich jade green walls and queen size bed and en suite full bathroom, housing a floating vanity and glass shower with giant shower head.
