Cook in a gas grill or gas stove inside. All utensils and cooking ware. Air conditioner if necessary. A flat-screen TV with cable and wifi. Clean fresh bedding. Outdoor shower. Close to Mashpee Common and many fine restaurants. No pets and no smoking.Note: I recommend that if you have small children to use a stroller for walking to the private beach.The benefit of buying a weekly beach pass. I would like to emphasize that some sunset beaches are by sticker only and all you need is to show your VRBO reservation and car registration.
