Ocean Heights condominiums have direct access to a small private beach and large private balcony that sit directly at the water edge. Please note that during most high tides, the water comes up to the stone revetment, creating a "high tide" on the condo's beach sand. However, a neighboring town beach always has beachfront, regardless of the tides. The balcony with beach chairs serves as an option for even more privacy!A stones' throw to the locally well-known Ocean House Restaurant for formal dining, or the more casual Beach Bar for gathering.
