There is an AC unit in each of the rooms. Tile floors throughout make sweeping up sand a breeze! 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights! There is parking for 2 cars with supplied parking pass. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
