Home On Large, Private Lot W/heated Salt Water Pool And Distant Harbor Views This home is located on over an acre in Madaket on a private, professionally landscaped lot, less than one mile from the beach. There is a heated saltwater pool and state of the art kitchen. The bus to town is right out front, and the house is right along the bike path. Several decks allow you to enjoy the views and sunshine. There are two large screen TVs, wifi/high speed internet, two master bedrooms, each with its own bath, one bedroom with a queen, and one room with a trundle bed. The later two bedrooms share a bath. These four bedrooms are on the first floor. The second floor is a great room with vaulted ceiling, which includes kitchen, family and dining areas and beautiful sweeping views of the ocean and surrounding areas. You will enjoy central air, a gas grill, two dishwashers, ice maker and refrigerator drawers. There is also a finished basement with its own bathroom and a pool table.
