Once across the bridge you will experience a waterman's community rich in traditions & good old fashion fun. Mornings can be spent kayaking in the cove or dropping a line from the pier. Afternoon bike rides to the Tilghman Country Store for ice cream will not disappoint. In the evenings enjoy sitting on the front porch with your favorite beverage while you prepare for dinner on the back patio. STN 23-24The Space:This adorable cottage is located at the end of the island. If peace and serenity is what you are after this property is the perfect place.A lovely bright and open living area is a great gathering space. The well stocked kitchen and dining area will be great for preparing and enjoying meal time. Just off the kitchen is the back patio with the dining and outdoor seating area. A cozy den offers a place to play games, read or stream your favorite shows. Upstairs you have the primary king bedroom, queen guest room and children's room with twin and crib. A shared bath rounds out second floor.PET IS PERMITTED WITH AN ADDITIONAL $150.00 FEE.Just a short walk form the home is the pier. There one can launch a kayak, crab or fish. Please note...No diving as the water is very shallow at all times!Guest Access:LockboxThe Neighborhood:Quiet and peacefulGetting Around:Walk bike or driveOther Things to Note:All our homes contain property specific guides to things like WIFI, pool and spa rules, thermostat directions etc..These guides will be in the kitchen and throughout the home. Talbot county code requires this on all licensed Short term rentals.Interaction with Guests:The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
