It epitomizes the character and ambiance of the old "Azalea City/Tree Town" Takoma Park.Takoma Park is ranked among the 100 best small towns in the USA. We have lived in our town for nearly fifty years, raised here two generations of sons who, now, with their own families live, one in Takoma Park, and the other just two miles into DC from us. We many times over the years thought to move elsewhere but could not think of a place we loved more anywhere.Walk from our home to an organic food Co-op, bakeries, bistros, restaurants, farmers market, unique shops and Takoma's own METRO stop from which you can reach many destinations in the DC area including all major sites in the city and the city's two major airports.The spaceOur home is beautiful, spacious and airy with high ceilings, a Gourmet chef's kitchen, walk-around main floor, with two living rooms, and a full bathroom on the first floor.
