Main front entrance leads to open space Kitchen, Dining and Living area and a balcony with comfortable seating watching a pond. On the third floor are the two Master Suits, each with adjacent full bath. Bedrooms are each with Queens size beds, the one is convertible sofa with extra padding mattress. Laundry Room is on the same floor. Next to the subdivision is a trail, miles long, perfect for walking/jogging/biking. On a walking distance is downtown Winter Springs with large grocery store, small restaurants some with live music, service areas, Starbucks, McDonalds, Wedndy's, Subway and other small restaurants. Couple of parks are around, one with BBQ pits, large sport fields, pond into the big lake Jesup's for fishing. Ocean fishing is on 45 min drive, closest is New Smyrna Beach, large beach and small art stores and galleries. Disney area and the other parks are also on 45 min drive on South.
