Newly renovated Cottage Sea of Grass is a newly renovated cottage on 2 1/2 pastoral acres steps away from the Meduncook river and Salt Pond in beautiful Friendship, Maine. There are two bedrooms ( one has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds ) and one bathroom with a large walk in shower. The kitchen has new appliances, a large sink and an island and is equipped with everything you may need to cook at home during your stay. The great room has Windows on all 3 sides proving a beautiful view of the back acreage. There is hi speed internet, a 55" smart TV, a washer and dryer, and a wood stove to keep the chill off on cool Maine evenings.There is an oversized swing set, and a fire pit to the side of the property. Beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs are provided. Kayaking, bicycling, and hiking trails are nearby. Rockland and Damariscotta are 20 minutes away and Camden is a 30 minute drive.
