The game room will be the kids' favorite room with a foosball table, a Connect 4 game, a large flatscreen TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and even a bed! Let the kids or kids at heart entertain themselves in the game room while the adults hang out around the firepit, watch TV on the large flatscreen TV in the living room, or gather in the nicely furnished screened-in porch. The main living space seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door Whirlpool fridge, a stove with a wooden exhaust hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. The adjoining dining table seats six perfectly and the island offers two more spots.This air-conditioned retreat has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a well-equipped laundry room with a washer/dryer combo.
