Stargazer Hill offers two acres of beautiful hill country landscape, and will accommodate 8 guests comfortably making for a great location for a family getaway. Enjoy an abundance of amenities to include a hot tub, fire pit, two generous outdoor porch areas, and plenty of wide open space to spend an evening stargazing!This spectacular home greets guests with a long driveway perfect for parking boats, water crafts, or several vehicles. Stargazer Hill is conveniently located 15 minutes from Potters Creek Boat Ramp. The welcoming entrance is landscaped beautifully with a large front porch, lovely breezeway, ceiling fans, and comfortable lounging furniture, perfect for taking in Hill Country views.Upon entering this luxurious estate, enjoy the gorgeous entry with a grand stairwell and stately stonework. Relax in the living area with its rich wood floors and plush furniture and inviting wood burning fireplace. Guests will find this space perfect to cozy up and watch a movie on the flat-screen television or enjoy a favorite beverage or games with family and friends.A full gourmet kitchen (fit for a chef) will satisfy everyone’s hunger. This kitchen opens to the family room and includes an electric cooktop, full size refrigerator, plenty of counter space, and a coffee bar area. This fully equipped kitchen will meet all the wishes of any cook. Find plenty of seating for everyone at the three person breakfast bar and dining table with seating for eight or dine a la carte on the back deck area. An added bonus located off the kitchen you will find a full laundry room for guests to use if needed.Sleep comfortably in one of the four expertly decorated bedrooms. The master suite with an attached bath, located downstairs, offers a high end feel with calm cool colors, king bed, plenty of storage, as well as a flat screen television. Escape for a relaxing bubble bath in the garden tub or roomy shower, with attractive tile work. A second retreat hosts a king bed with a sitting area and a flat screen television, a perfect space for relaxing and enjoying Hill Country views. The third retreat, located downstairs, hosts a queen bed with rustic accents and barn doors. Enjoy picturesque views from each of the lovely rooms. Tidy up in one of the two additional bathrooms, one located upstairs and one downstairs each offers a shower/ tub combo and large vanity. The fourth bedroom is the perfect spot for kiddos and has two twin beds.The outdoor space offers breathtaking views and overlooks a lush lawn with multiple gathering areas. Spend evenings relaxing in the roomy hot tub with family and friends while grilling family favorites on the propane grill, making entertaining outdoors easy. For added entertainment, gather around the fire pit and enjoy s'mores with family and friends while stargazing.
