The cozy dining table seats 4.A King bedroom can be found just beyond the kitchen, with access onto the Bayfront screened porch and hall bathroom with tub/shower.The upstairs bedroom features a King bed and twin trundle bed (2 twins) with private bathroom and treetop views. The private bathroom has plenty of counterspace and a combination tub/shower. This large bedroom suite is open to the stairwell below.The laundry/storage room located on the ground level has been completely remodeled and now includes a "mother-in-law" suite with 2 queen sized beds and an additional full bathroom with walk-in shower. The laundry center conveniently includes a 2nd full sized refrigerator, 12-cup coffee maker, microwave and washer/dryer.
