The vibrant arts, culinary and shopping scene of historic and charming Apalachicola is just 25 minutes away by car! The exterior of this home offers under house, concrete parking. A wonderful pool with plenty of Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges will make it a favorite place to splash and relax on your Island vacation. A picnic table and outdoor shower with hot and cold water are also found here. Storage for all your pool and beach gear. The open floor plan of this home offers a deck with super comfortable seating and views of the blue skies and natural vegetation. The king bedroom enjoys a full, private bathroom, a flat screen TV and direct access to the porch. The queen bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV. The bunk bedroom sleeps 4 with a twin/queen bunk bed with twin trundle. A flat screen TV is also provided. Two full shared bathroom is available on this floor. The bright kitchen is well appointed and enjoys a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The adjacent dining area boasts seating for 6 guests. A large smart TV is provided so you won't miss the game or special tv show while cooking and dining. Direct access to the porch is just off the living room through sliding glass doors. An additional bedroom is on this floor and offers sleeping for 2 in the twin built-in bunk beds. A full bathroom is provided for guests' convenience. Bed Sizes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk Bed (1 Queen 2 Twin), 1 Bunk Bed (2 Twin). This home is located in the golf cart friendly area of the island. (Please follow golf cart rules) Guest storage to the right of the outside shower has beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart for guest use.The Gulf Beaches neighborhood of the Island is very popular among vacation guests and close to Island shops and restaurants, the multi-use path that connects the entire Island, and just 20 minutes from Apalachicola's shops, restaurants, and arts scene!
