Located on a secluded corner lot that offers a large outdoor living space and lots of privacy. Our new kitchen offers stylish granite countertops, white cabinets, and new appliances. The kitchen, living room, and sunroom are all open to each other and offer views of the two decks and the lush vegetation.Two bedrooms and one bath. Perfect for a small family! Our laundry room includes a washer and dryer and has a separate entrance. You will have an outdoor shower, plenty of deck space, and shady spaces for your faces!This is a single story house that offers a handicapped ramp.We love your 4-legged children and small pets are welcome. This is the best bargain on the island!In the event that you need to cancel, we provide a full refund 60 days or more prior to arrival. Within 60 days there is no refund. *We strongly recommend the purchase of trip insurance with trip interruption rider when booking this reservation. There are two security cameras on the property. The first is on a tree by the fire pit aimed towards the driveway and the second is on an overhang aimed towards the septic system. Both are disabled upon arrival of guests. Note: We cannot guarantee that an advertised amenity will be available for your use at the time of your arrival. Every effort is made to restore service.
