(1 downstairs bedroom)Please Note. Rental is for all of upstairs and one bedroom downstairs of house. Outside includes fiberglass front porch, upper level back fiberglass deck, & 6 car driveway. Yard includes most of front yard, left side of property, & 1/2 of very large back yard. Your privacy is very important to us, careful care has been taken to accommodate in every way. Owner located in downstairs separate apartment onsite and there are NO common areas. This is a second floor rental and there is NOT an elevator. Entrance/exits are located in middle level of house at top front stairs, & at top of 2nd story stairs located on the left side of home through laundry room side door and rear door off of upper deck of kitchen. There are NO first floor entrances.4 Bed, (Sleeps 8 Max) 2 full baths, & outside shower, laundry room has sink, counter and mirror to use as a powder room.We are in the process of updating our pictures that are a few years old but many upgrades have been done since then... ie. Smart LED LARGER Tv's in EVERY room - 6 total, All new Appliances, furniture inside & out... etc.Thank You!
