However, we charge an extra $50 cleaning fee for those traveling with furry friends.We live a couple doors down and are available if you need us.**No event, parties or loud entertaining permitted.**AA county short-term rental license number STR-343The spaceThe sun-drenched living room contains ample seating and a big screen smart TV, to watch your favorite streaming service (house has a Netflix and Hulu subscription for guests).Two bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds and small closet. The third bedroom/office opens off the master bedroom and contains a desk (house has FiOS wifi), bunk beds, and a larger closet with a pack n' play inside it.The kitchen is well-equipped with dinnerware, pots, pans, oil, salt/pepper and spices. For caffeine lovers, there is a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, French press, and a teapot.The former porch is enclosed with new windows and contains a dining room table that sits 6 and a small couch. It's the perfect place to eat dinner or play cards or provided board games while watching the sunset.The backyard has a charcoal grill, Adirondack chairs and a two-person swing. Guests are welcome to walk down to the end of the street to the community pier and common area -- a favorite for early risers who like spectacular sunrises.The driveway holds 2-3 cars parked nose to nose.
