Two minute walk to Short Sands Beach! Clean and bright two-bedroom condo right in the heart of York Beach, Maine. Short Sands beach is right down the block – walk out the driveway and you can see the waves. The unit includes two off-street parking spots, right outside the back door. This condo is on two floors (bedrooms and full bath are on second floor). Sorry, but pets are not allowed. No smoking or vaping, either.The first floor includes a kitchen stocked with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies. There are two counter-height stools at the counter. The attached dining room includes a table that seats six. The living room has two couches and a 42” LCD television and a DVD player. The living room opens up to a private patio, with outdoor seating for four, and a gas BBQ. There is one A/C unit downstairs.The first floor also features a half-bath and coat closet.Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and an adjoining outside deck. Enjoy coffee on the second-floor deck each morning. Master bedroom includes a queen-size bed and LCD television. The second bedroom contains two twin beds, a dresser, and tv. Both bedrooms include window air-conditioners, and large closets. The bathroom has a bath/shower and a double sink. A stacked full-size washer and dryer are housed off of the upstairs hallway.
