The MBR has a king size bed and the second room has a queen and one twin beds.The furnace is new in the last five years and the gas/forced hot water heat is very comfortable The backyard is grass, gardens and private.The home is a two-minute walk to Scituate Harbor Lighthouse and Lighthouse beach.There is plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. The Greenbush train line to Boston's South Station is only a 7-minute drive from the houseNo pets, no smoking, NOTE: During the summer season, from June 15 to August 31, we only rent for full-week time periods; no partial weeks accepted.Thanks for considering this rental.
