This appealingly laid out floor plan is perfect for entertaining friends and family. This home boasts five bedrooms and two full bathrooms along with a washer and dryer. The large, well laid out kitchen is oceanside and is stocked with all of your cookware needs. There is an outdoor grill and patio table to eat your meals while taking in the gorgeous view. You may never want to leave, but if you must, there are amenities close by. Just a 30 second stroll to the Sand Hills General Store where you can get your morning coffee, sandwiches for lunch, or even an evening ice cream. In addition, it's just a leisurely walk to the historic Scituate Lighthouse. Also we are less than one mile (a very short walk!) from the center of Scituate harbor. Without a car you can experience downtown with its many quaint shops, great restaurants, and the ever charming harbor area. Reserve your stay now, ideal for summer/fall vacations, overnight stays for in-town weddings, anniversaries, special occasions, or an off season long weekend getaway.Also available for your enjoyment are a kayak and lots of sand/ beach toys! The rental agreement contains specific property rules please read it and message me with any questions you might have!PLEASE NOTE :We do not do long term rentals. During “nor’easter season” (late fall and winter/early spring) a clear plastic is installed over the windows and door that face the ocean. This can not be removed by tenants. Read the lease and detailed property description before you send your request to book (yeah that is the second time I am saying this - but believe it or not people still do it!)
