Three sun-splashed levels with five bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, and 2 full kitchens.Sundecks, patios & balconies abound extending the living space to the water's edge with amazing views of sunrises and sunsets.The 3rd floor presents as its own living suite (living/dining/kitchen, BR, 1.5 BA & sundeck). The first floor living room has a pullout sleep sofa. There are also 4 power air mattresses that easily fit in the living areas if needed.There are 2 adult Kayaks and one children's Kayak with life vests on site. 6 parking spaces available for renters and guests. Cedar Point is a popular walking loop for residents and visitors, within walking distance are Lighthouse beach-1 minute, Sand Hills Beach (as seen in the Oscar nominated American Fiction)- 3 minutes, and Museum Beach-5 minutes. A walk to the picturesque harbor is approximately 10 minutes.
