There’s no need to find parking when you can walk to shops, fantastic restaurants, Ogunquit’s Main Beach and the Marginal Way. The beach is less than a half mile away. This spacious home sleeps 8 and is perfect for all ages. Kids will enjoy the supplied games and toys. This house feels private even though it is on Main Street in the center of town.The house features granite counter tops, 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1.5 bathrooms. The home is very cozy and bright. It comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time in Ogunquit, including high speed WIFI and two smart TV’s. There is air conditioning available in every room, but feel free to open windows and get fresh air as well. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor next to the kitchen. There is a propane fire place in the living room to warm up with on cooler nights. A grill and private patio are also available to enjoy. Beach chairs and toys available to use in the garage. Big side walks and summer trolleys make wandering around town very safe and easy, especially with a family. Our rental guests continue to comment on how spacious, clean, well-appointed, and quiet the home is for being on Main Street, as well as its amazing location. This is the perfect town to visit if your family has young ones in strollers.Home has two garage bays available with two parking spots in front of the garage. No need for a car unless traveling to the grocery store. The beach, restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Trolly available in town. Explore surrounding areas with ease.৹ During peak season the house rents at a 7-day minimum Saturday to Saturday৹ Dog friendly with an additional pet fee, $25/night per dog (breed restrictions may apply) ৹ A signed rental agreement is required to finalize the booking৹ No smoking on the premises৹ Allergies: This home is not allergen-free.
