The home’s location means there is no need to fight traffic or look for parking during your stay. Walk to the shops and restaurants in the town center in 7 minutes, or walk to the beautiful beach in only 10 minutes. You can also travel around town on the Ogunquit trolley, with a stop conveniently located just outside the entrance of the home’s private community. Situated at the end of a quaint street and backing up to a wooded landscape, Windhaven Cottage offers a private retreat for you and your guests. With hardwood floors and well-appointed furnishings, you will feel right at home the moment you step inside. This property has 5 bedrooms (+ den with sofa bed) and 4 full bathrooms. With more than 3,000 square feet of living space, up to 12 guests can spread out comfortably. The fully stocked chef's kitchen includes a large island with stools for gathering, and the living room is the perfect place to relax with its serene wooded views. There is also a separate dining room, den, and a 2nd living room on the lower level with large sectional sofa and big screen TV.Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV with Netflix access, a movie library, games, children’s toys, and books to enjoy while relaxing inside the home. Outside you will find a patio and yard area with lounge chairs, dining table, and a Weber gas grill. The home also includes a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and toys (boogie boards, etc.) for your trips to the beach. You will not find a more perfectly located and appointed home for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation.Updates made in 2020: Central A/C installed, new mattresses on all beds, new sectional sofa in living room, new kitchenware including pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and drinkware, new beach chairs, new toilets
